I Do VoxBox from Influenster

I was chosen to participate in the I Do VoxBox for Influenster this month!
What that means is this: Influenster sent me a bunch of products, for free. In return, I test out all the products and post my reviews on various websites and social media.

I was pretty excited to be chosen for this box. As my wedding is fast approaching (5 months!), I am definitely interested in learning about and trying all kinds of new products in preparation for my big day. I'm testing these products with not just me in mind, but also my bridesmaids, so I have to really love this stuff for me to pass it along to others.

Anyway, here's a breakdown of what came in my box.

1. Neutrogena Hand Cream - Fragrance Free

I've actually been using this product for years - my mom first introduced it to me a long time ago, and I've used it ever since. It had been awhile since I purchased a tube, though, so I was excited to see it come in my #VoxBox. I was also excited to find that Neutrogena has changed their formula, so this hand cream is now truly fragrance free. Before, it had a faint mediciney scent to it, which is (thankfully) no more. This hand cream is still just as powerful though - all you need is a little bit, and it goes a long way. For someone with chronically dry hands, even during summer time, this hand cream is a present from above.

2. Skinnygirl Nutrition Bar - Dark Chocolate Almond with Coconut

Surprised at how tasty this nutrition bar was. It was a great pre-workout snack to get me through til dinnertime.

3. Nanoblur by Indeed

To be honest, at first I wasn't quite sure what to do with this product. Then I tried it, and it instantly reduced the redness in my cheeks and generally evened out my skin tone, which is hard to do because I have sensitive skin. I definitely plan on continuing to wear this to see if, over the course of several days in a row, this product will have any other benefits for my skin. It claims to reduce undereye circles, so we shall see!

3. Covergirl Outlast Stay Luminous Foundation

I'm not a fan of cream foundations - I really only wear powder foundation, if I wear it at all. This product felt a little cakey and heavy while I was wearing it, but this could also be because I'm not used to wearing foundation. Overall, though, I was pretty pleased with the result. My skin did look like it was glowing, and it evened out my skin tone and covered up most imperfections. I might wear this for special occasions where I'm being photographed, but for every day use, it's just not for me.

4. UrgentRx Ache and Pain Powder

Coming in a little pouch, this lime-flavored powder was a mixture of pain relief medicine (aspirin) and caffeine, to reduce general aches and pains like a headache. That's exactly what I tried the product for - a nasty headache - and while the product didn't take away my pain 100%, it did significantly reduce it, and relatively quickly, too. UrgentRx makes different kinds of pain relievers in addition to this one, and I would definitely try others to see if they were just as effective. I am definitely considering picking up several packs of this product to put in the wedding welcome bags guests will be getting when they stay overnight for our big day. Convenient, easy to carry, and effective.

As I continue to test the rest of the products from my box, I'll post my reviews on here!
